By using Quaantum Media’s services,

content creation, and social media management services.
2. Services
Quaantum Media provides video editing, content repurposing,
thumbnail creation, social media posting, and related services.
Packages and deliverables
are clearly outlined on our website and in your service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
You must provide all raw video footage,
branding materials, and any necessary content in a timely manner.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to all materials provided
to Quaantum Media.
For DFY packages, you are required to shoot the videos; the rest will be managed by
our team.
4. Delivery & Revisions
Delivery timelines depend on the package selected.
Revisions are included based on the chosen package.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Any delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.
5. Payment & Pricing
All prices are as listed on our website or agreed in your package proposal.
Payments are due upfront unless a separate agreement is made.
Quaantum Media reserves the right to adjust prices for future services.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided once work has commenced or deliverables have been shared.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at Quaantum Media’s discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you retain ownership of the final edited content.
Quaantum Media retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio,
marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the service period.
This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, creative materials, and marketing strategies.
9. Limitation of Liability
Quaantum Media is not responsible for losses, damages,
or missed deadlines caused by client delays, platform restrictions,
or unforeseen technical issues.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Any work completed up to termination will be billed according to the agreed package.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
12. Changes to Terms
Quaantum Media reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Clients will be notified of major changes that affect service delivery or pricing.
